This app delivers. Great UI both frontend and backend with some create features (copy reviews, grouping products so multiple products can have consistent/same reviews). Customer support (I talked to Emily) was SUPER helpful!
I have had a horrible experience with this pp, the customer support is pretty bad, I have been trying to get something done but I have been ignored and nothing gets done, quite disappointed with the way the customer team is functioning!

Love the app however when I deleted it by accident I had downloaded it back and ended up having to pay my billing cycle again even though I had 5 days ago.....

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced, and I’d like to clarify your concern regarding the app subscription charges.
Our app follows Shopify’s billing system, which means that when the app is uninstalled, the subscription is automatically cancelled based on Shopify’s policies. If you reinstall the app and subscribe again, a new bill will be generated for the new billing cycle.
