Excellent App for Boosting Trust and Conversions! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
LAI Product Review is an essential app for any Shopify store owner. It’s super easy to use, and importing reviews from AliExpress or CSV files is seamless. I love the customizable design — it blends perfectly with my store’s theme. The review widget looks clean and professional, and being able to display photo reviews has definitely helped build trust with my customers.
Customer support is also fantastic — quick to respond and always helpful. I’ve noticed a real increase in engagement and conversion rates since adding LAI. Highly recommended for anyone looking to showcase real customer feedback!
I paid for my subscription for a year, only to find out that I was still registered as a "free plan" due to a technical error or something. In total this joke cost me €55.44, of which I only got $3.98 back.

This app is super easy and really helps my page would highly reccomend. The best thing about it is the amazing support - I have never had such a fast response by ANY OTHER app. The wonderful Alena helped me out today and as usual was super supportive and solved my problem for me in record time-again!
So far, the app has been super practical for me. It allowed me to import reviews from my Amazon page quite easily. There could be some improvements in terms of UX, but it works pretty well and lets you manage reviews however you want—delete, organize, etc. Customer support is good; I had Parker as a developer who helped me integrate with Google quickly and easily. I’ll keep using and recommending it.
