LAI Product Reviews App

I have been using this app for a while now. It works well and has many functions and widgets that help in conversion. It can get a little difficult to understand because of all the options, but the customer support team is always there to help and provide excellent service. Overall I would recommend.

Great app. Works well, and customer support is so quick and friendly. Really helpful when I was struggling to figure out how to add star ratings to a specific part of my web page. Highly recommend!

UPDATE:

The support team reached out and pointed out a setting I had missed—and it totally solved the issue! Now, the empty stars are hidden so the store looks clean, new customers can now easily leave reviews for products with 0 reviews,

The whole fix/clarification took just a couple of days, and I am genuinely impressed by their quick and helpful customer service. Upgrading my rating to 5 stars!
