This app hasn’t received any meaningful feature updates for a long time. Its design and functionality are far behind competing products, yet I’m still paying $24.99 per month for it.

LAI Reviews has been really easy to use and has helped make my store feel more trustworthy and professional. The app is straightforward to set up, looks clean on the website, and gives customers a simple way to see real feedback.
