LAI Product Review is an essential app for any Shopify store owner. It’s super easy to use, and importing reviews from AliExpress or CSV files is seamless. I paid for my subscription for a year, only to find out that I was still registered as a "free plan" due to a technical error or something. In total this joke cost me €55.44, of which I only got $3.98 back.

Our system records confirm that your Essential plan remains active until April 4, 2025, and there is no discrepancy between the system and the in-app features. As long as your Essential plan is active, all associated features are fully accessible within our app.
You lost the access to all features of the Essential plan since April 4, 2025 as you cancelled the app subscription charge.

This app is super easy and really helps my page would highly reccomend.
