Drivers do not take bookings without the "tips". And even with tips, they go ahead and take other bookings that delay the delivery time.

Why dont Lalamove just incorporate the "tip" in the pricing and remove the tipping during the booking phase, and give a tipping option after the service has been rendered?

Your iders are hopeless. please include another before pick up and after pick signature to avoid missing items during deliveries.

Lalamove has been sitting on my installed apps for a long time now and we've actually used it once or twice only. Riders will ask you to cancel if they don't like the drop-off point. You will be forced to utilize the other delivery apps.
