Drivers do not take bookings without the "tips". And even with tips, they go ahead and take other bookings that delay the delivery time.
Why dont Lalamove just incorporate the "tip" in the pricing and remove the tipping during the booking phase, and give a tipping option after the service has been rendered?
Should have been available on basic plan. Thinking of removing shopify altogether because it doesn't have lalamove
Good day, I've recently added this app to my Shopidy store, but every and any location I add shows that my Pick-up and Drop-off address is not available for ANY kind of vehicle. I would like some help on this if possible. Thank you.
