I translated my texts and did everything according to the instructions and still it doesn't work. It is better to translate manually than to use such an app.

At some point, you just click around because nothing works. Even the imported CSV files are not transferred correctly.

Waste of time. In the end of my road the support was telling me our app is not integrated with other apps.

Solicito una aclaración sobre el motivo de este cobro y exijo el reintegro del importe cobrado indebidamente. Aprecio una pronta solución por parte del equipo de soporte.

Amazing support! The customer service team helped me a lot and made the whole translation process super smooth. Great app!

Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly.

It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work.

The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support. I mean, even a small company like ours have a dedicated chat support.

Takes a while to do all the translations (of course) but an amazing app with amazing customer service.

The app is very helpful, it has many features that you can use it on your online store. Also, they have excellent customer support team.

We weren't keen on the placement and look of the currency widget; even after attempting to customise it. We'll look for another solution.

عظيم جدًا، استخدمته للنسخة العربي من الموقع الخاص بالشركة اللي بشتغل فيها، مش معتمدة على ترجمتهم بشكل كبير لأنها آلية، لكن المزايا التانية للتطبيق عظيمة وبتوفرلي خيارات كتير. والحقيقة أنه أبسط وأسهل وأوفر بكتير من الاستخدام عن Weglot اللي قعدت معاهم 3 شهور وفي النهاية مقدرتش أطلع بالنسخة العربي من الموقع.

The support is always fast and very helpful and is always there to fix your problem no matter what or how long it takes.

They also are not too good to do some quick or even bigger changes on your site themselves so you are left with less work.

We chose Langify over the other language translation applications primarily to avoid unexpected extra costs and problems when integrating into a 2.0 theme as well as to implement SEO on our translated pages. The application has met our expectations. Also, the support team very promptly helped us with our inquiries (one about setting up marketplaces correctly and the other about adding line breaks to translated multi-line metafields).

App loads for few minutes after opening or moving in the app itself which kills working speed completely. On the other hand i have to say that its the best app when it comes to understanding since you can find everything you need.
Auto translate works great, other apps can be translated too. So far so good, just the loading times..

So far so good! I've translated about 75% of my store so far and already have the content live on my storefront and it's been super easy and intuitive to use! I had a question for the support team and got an answer back within an hour. I saw some previous comments about the app being slow and I was worried but I have over 500 products on my store and lots of pages and haven't experienced it being slow at all! Even refreshing products and collections is fine. I'm super happy so far!

I have used this app for about 6 years. The app works great. It is user friendly and you can translate everything. A big bonus is the great customer service from the team at Langify. I highly recommend for all multi-language stores.

We use this app but we are very unsatisfied by the service.
Langify continuously adds a lot of code to every page, even if we do not use it on those pages. Our developper has several times tried to discuss this issue with them but unsuccessfully.
