This App is super!! Congrats to Johannes to build it, it's fast, reliable, easy to manage. In one word: Awesome !!
Easy and transparent application. The help responds very quickly and looks for solutions to various problems are very helpful. I have two stores and I use this application in two of them and I am satisfied.
Translating a whole website into another language including collections, products and blogs is a long and daunting process. Langify, with its structured sections has made it much easier than I thought. I too have to add what all the reviewers say is that the support is excellent. Johannes answered all my queries and doubts months before I installed the app. The App is really easy to use so you just need to translate and not worry about any technicalities. For me the pre-installation support helped me a lot so I did not have to ask too much during the translation process. The translation is not automatic it is manual so the most important thing is to find the best possible translator sites on the internet to give the right meaning, not just translate. A bad translation is a real turn off for customers.
Great customer service and the ease of implementation was super quick and easy. The translation process is very intuitive and that anyone could be trained to enter in the translations.
We would always recommend Langify! It is a really intuitive, beautifully designed app with the best support! :) Most fair pricing we have every experienced in the app store. No hidden additional cost like other apps have!
The customer service is quick, but very brief. They won't go into much detail in their responses often referring to their pre-written help resources which are basic. The customer service team refuse to take video meetings or do product walk-throughs, unfortunately. I think this would be a big plus as a customer, and I recommend they implement this. We use Shogun on our stores and Langify's tool is proving to be incompatible with Shogun pages. Their developer team has escalated the issue and is hoping to get it de-bugged, but they rely on another app in order to do so. It is a bit of a worm-hole and sounds like we won't have it fixed for quite a while rendering the app useless for now. Overall, been pretty disappointed with Langify. It's not intuitive, and if you are not a coder / developer, you might find it hard to pick up. I've had to spend a lot more time than expected just to learn the basic functions. Importing translations from Weglot also doesn't seem to work, so be weary if you're making the switch. The support team has suggested I import directly into Shopify (again, making the solutions they advertise useless).
GET LANGIFY!!!!! Langify is user friendly and has a very fast and intuitive platform, but the best part is the support: Mr. Johannes, he goes OUT OF HIS WAY to help. He is always available and gives you effectiveness and real solutions to issues you might have. 100% recommended!
Overall the app is super intuitive and well structured - fantastic. Further, since I have absolutely zero coding skills I had troubles to install the switcher, customer service was absolutely outstanding: Wrote them on Friday evening like 8 pm, response 8.20pm and we helped me to do some adjustments until 11 pm. Super professional and serious company can only highly recommend if you take your business seriously.
I don't understand why it has so many positive reviews. This app does absolutely nothing to help with workload and adds more workload. Features are added, upgrades are done and your entire previous work is all of a sudden gone which one then has to redo. If I could, I would use another app and avoid this one as this is a whole bunch of manual work and then repeat again the manual work as they delete information that one previously uploaded. And then magically disappears. Oh, and it is never the app's fault if something doesn't work properly based on common sense but always the user's fault. Instead of fixing issues the customer service team is telling you workarounds. Seriously? If your customer service needs to provide a work-around there is a fault and not a user error.
Great support! langify logged in my shop and fixed my css issue after a short time.
