Translating a complicated website is never easy, and I've gone down quite a few roads. However, I'm happy I've ended my journey here. My website is now in 5 languages.

The support has been 10/10 (late night replies, helpful people). Thanks to Jack, Vera, Tony, Tobias, James and Michael (this probably proves how much support I've asked for!)

Amazing app with a really amazing support team! I need to contact them many times during the years and every time I got the same high level treatment. Fast answers and problem solving very easily. Highly recommended!

Doesn't translate everything on other apps that you have to use within shopify. Doesn't work with for example Judge.me review app or Pagefly.

It translates part of the text and then skips an entire section for no reason. No matter what I do it doesn't work.

The other thing is that they don't have a chat support. An app this big and pricy really should invest some of that cash in a chat support. I mean, even a small company like ours have a dedicated chat support.

The app is not always ultra easy to use but the support team is extremely fast and helpful to solve any issues.
