This is a must have app if you want to open a multi language webshop. Johannes was very quick to help me. Great support and sublime app.
Easy to use app with great customer support! Michael, Tony and Sabrina have been super helpful in answering all my questions.
This app has enabled me to make our webshop available in five different languages. It takes some getting used to at first, but the simple interface makes it easy to master. I had some problems with placing the language switcher and that some texts from third party apps were not translated, but these problems were dealt with very quickly and professionally, so I quickly got everything in order. So to conclude my review, Langify itself is a very good app to use and the customer support is also excellent. Definitely worth a try!

Langify continuously adds a lot of code to every page, even if we do not use it on those pages. Our developper has several times tried to discuss this issue with them but unsuccessfully.
Hey! You reached out to us once and left the conversation with some "..everything is ok" before leaving this bad review! Beside that I got back to you with instructions on how to prevent langify adding code (which, by default, is disabled anyway). What's your intention?

We connected the app because of the positive reviews and recommendations on YouTube videos. It is really easy to manage. Maybe a guided tour for absolute beginners would be a good addition. We ran into an issue with our themes meta fields (no line breaks in translations). They ask for access to analyze the issue in the shop, you have to give them the needed rights. A day later they added "| newline_to_br" to the product.metafields.my_fields section entries and the issue was solved. (better just do not try by your own unless you understand the code and where to put this added code exactly). For me it was a quick and competent support. Thanks a lot, I know, that I chose the right app for my translations!
One of the best customer support i see. One of the best translate (RTL) plugin in the app store. . Highly recommended..
Very easy to use. Some compatibility issues with other apps or custom themes, but the absolutely brilliant customer service more than makes up for it. They'll help with anything, answer immediately and fixing any issue we've had has taken them at most an hour.
