Within 2 minutes the support returned with an answer to my request. As I didn't knew how to fix the problem by myself, they got access to my store, and within an hour, everything was done.

Works really smoothly, you can get all parts of your store translated in a structured and organized way. Customer support is top notch - they got back to me in 5 minutes and were super fast to help out with the language switcher.
