The app itself is already amazing, but the customer support just tops everything I have ever experienced. I would give 6stars, if possible. My theme wasn't compatible with this app because of an error in the theme's code. Removing this error was extremely time-consuming but the support still offered to do it without any extra charges! I am super happy right now! If you are thinking about getting this app - you should get it right now.

Simply the best multi-language platform application. Yes it requires some work and time to setup your shop. But once it's done, it's really easy to keep adding new products, blog posts, new pages with translation. Synchronization is instant. Customer service is top notch. Couldn't ask for anything better. Our two shops been using Langify for more than a year now.

I've been using this app for 2 years now and I must say the support has always been REALLY amazing. Also, I love that you can custom translate your store, which is what I really need (no Google translate thank you) and it's the only app like this you can find. A little expensive for a startup, but it's the one app that is totally worth investing for a professionnal looking and well translated store. Did I say support was amazing?

Amazing App. Quite easy to use once you get the hang of it and go step by step. Then it's easy peasy to use, to update and to manage.
And Johannes is a dear. Very helpful and always answering supra quickly even if not urgent.
Highly recommend it, it's working perfectly.

I have now launched in English and in French and I couldn't have done it without the help of Jerome. He handled some specific requests I had to make the language switcher look seamless with my site's design as well as help me with some technical aspects that I needed further explanation on.
