This app might not be visually the prettiest one out there, but it works. The translations get saved so even if/when you change your theme and some parts of your website (pages created with another app, mainly) don't get migrated automatically, you can always go back to your old theme's translation and work a little copy/paste magic.

Yes, sometimes I can't find a way to translate some part of the site, but the app has a built in search which usually solves the problem.

And the customer service is stellar: kind and really fast.
