Best support team! This app is a little complicated to understand at first, and a few things could be improved to make it easier to use, but thankfully their support team is SUPER responsive and friendly. They find a solution quickly and efficiently.
Best app, easy to use and support is great.
I usually don't write reviews, but their customer service and obviously their app is working flawless! Would definitely recommend langify to anyone who are interested in bilingual language for their Shopify store.

Update: The support team reached out quickly and helped resolve the issue. They were very knowledgeable. I still think setup, onboarding process, and compatibility with shopify markets could be improved-no shop owner should have his store go down for a whole day as soon as an app is installed. But I do appreciate that they are able to fix issues quickly. Still need to push translations live before I can make a definitive conclusion about this app. __________________________

Made my site go down for a whole day. After I installed it, any link on my site directed to this subfolder with a 404 error: /eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en/ After I deleted the app, the problem went away. In addition, the app loads a bit slowly and certain editing certain categories such as metafields will freeze the app.
Plagued with problems, after months trying to make it work I decided to uninstall it, but and even that is causing errors. The app is stuck in my code, very bad experience and poor support.
I will be complaining to Shopify. I have been using Shopify apps for a few years, this is the only time I have had such a bad experience.
UPDATE 11/13: After the developers FINALLY logged in to my store and deleted their app, they DELETED THE WRONG VERSION. I specifically asked them to remove the Spanish version (in writing via email) and they did exactly the opposite. ALL MY INFORMACION IS GONE. I cannot believe the level of incompetence!
