langify ‑ translate your store

Update: The support team reached out quickly and helped resolve the issue. They were very knowledgeable. I still think setup, onboarding process, and compatibility with shopify markets could be improved-no shop owner should have his store go down for a whole day as soon as an app is installed. But I do appreciate that they are able to fix issues quickly. Still need to push translations live before I can make a definitive conclusion about this app. __________________________

Made my site go down for a whole day. After I installed it, any link on my site directed to this subfolder with a 404 error: /eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en//eg-en/eg-en/ After I deleted the app, the problem went away. In addition, the app loads a bit slowly and certain editing certain categories such as metafields will freeze the app.

We had a problem with assigning the language with our domain and we had an instant answer! Great and very quick support by James! Thank you!

No other app is doing that on the market, as far as we know, great app with Friendly and Extremely strong professionnel customer's service !
Exactly what we were looking for added it to our website, interface is great, dashboard is easy to navigate . this one of the best app on shopify !

This is the only app with reasonable pricing which offers absolutely ALL the features one would need to run an international, multi-language business. On top if it, the support team is extremely responsive, knowledge and friendly. We will be customers for years to come, we have no doubt.

Not everything works (like translation of filters) but overal works fine. Customer service is responding quickly.

I am using Turbo theme from out of the sandbox and Langify is a recommended app for their theme translation. Having used Langify in the past I know that the app is indeed a powerful and user friendly app and am glad to see it in the list. I really like the ability to add custom translations on a page level, global level and SEO meta tags. What I want to stress out that the biggest selling point for Langify is their support. You will no doubt face some bugs in any apps, as you can see in reviews, this is not the fault of the developer as nothing on the market is 100%. Therefore Langify has a team of specialist who immediately assist and will jump into the account to deal with it if needed. Sabrina has solved big issues for me as did her team. I would recommend Langify as they are fast at responding and can solve your problems if you reach out.
