langify ‑ translate your store

Sometimes the app just doesn't save my new translation and keep showing the old translation or content! This is not good!

Of equal and outstanding measure is where both the software and the service is classed when it comes to langify. Johannes is tremendously attentive and quickly solved any tweaks that needed to be made to our site. We have effortless turned our English only site to a multilingual (now English, French and Spanish) and multi regional resource for our company. If I could have rated this app with 6 stars, I would have done it. The app is absolutely perfect, so simple to use and logically laid out. And the support from these guys is nothing short of outstanding. I have never had customer support like it, they went above and beyond the call of duty, even while I was on the 7-day trial version and hadn't paid them a cent. Francesco, Wolf, Vera & Sabrina - these guys have built something every one selling in multinational and multilingual markets should have on their site. They even customised my language switcher for me and made some code changes that made my site look great. No wonder they have so many good reviews, when I read them before deciding on Langify, I was hoping they were genuine and I can testify that they are. Buy this app, you won't regret it, it's worth every last cent.

I ran through an issue while translating my website to Arabic, I messaged the team and Francesco got back to me in a lighting fast timing and they fixed the issue right away. the best app support team on Shopify. totally recommend it, I mean the guys fixed it in minutes. thank you Francesco.

5* For Customer Service. 4* For the App Overall. Customer Service handles issues very fast and is very friendly. Sometimes it is quite circumstantial to translate content from pagefly.

The app is amazing, the service is perfect! Langify's team is super responsive and for every problem they find a solution, even if it means they have to work hard for this and even more than what you expect!

Translating a whole website into another language including collections, products and blogs is a long and daunting process. Langify, with its structured sections has made it much easier than I thought. I too have to add what all the reviewers say is that the support is excellent. Johannes answered all my queries and doubts months before I installed the app. The App is really easy to use so you just need to translate and not worry about any technicalities. For me the pre-installation support helped me a lot so I did not have to ask too much during the translation process. The translation is not automatic it is manual so the most important thing is to find the best possible translator sites on the internet to give the right meaning, not just translate. A bad translation is a real turn off for customers.

App may not be 100% logical, for me at least, but for sure the support desk is! Great service and knowledge, thanks guys :-)
