Firstly this app is absolutely fantastic. As someone who's worked in digital industry I can tell you they thought about everything, its not buggy, user friendly and most importantly it does exactly what you need it to do, translate in different languages with the ability to translate every single part of your website easily.

Secondly, their support is first class. Every time I've had an issue they would resolve it within the same day. I find them super professional and helpful.

Now updating a previous comment from 2017. We are now 5 years later, they changed to langify V2 using Shopify API for a much better experience and I'm still VERY happy with it. All in all, the app does an excellent job translating your full store in different languages. The overall process is straightforward and very user (noob) friendly, and in 99% of the cases, you'll be able to translate any content of your store by yourself. But where langify shines the most, in my opinion, is with their support team. I had to sometimes struggle with some other app support teams not reading carefully or not really eager to solve a seamingly complex problem, but trust me when I tell you their staff is extremely efficient and dedicated! It's very simple : every time I requested help, they provided it to me in no time, providing very smart and useful fix to solve any issue I faced. They are basically all good, but with people like Vera or Sabrina, you are definitely in good hands. I can't thank them enough for all the help.

I am using this app to translate my store into various European languages. Langify makes the process of importing and exporting translations really straightforward. I have needed help in getting the app set up and Langify support has been really fantastic in answering my questions. Highly recommended.
