langify ‑ translate your store

Excellent Support. This app does everything I need it to do. I am a marketing agency and I love this app and use it for all my client's Shopify stores.

The app itself takes some time to understand and it will most likely not work from the beginning. You will probably ask yourself why is he giving 5 stars then? Well, the support just nails it. They solved all issues within 1-2 hours of me writing them a mail.. No matter at what time. Awesome support deserves awesome feedback! Now everything works smoothly

Easy to setup but what is most important is superb support - we had a problem to display the language switcher correctly in our site and Langify support team was so responsive and even did some coding for us to fix the problem.

Great product and great support - keep up the good work guys!

I am extremely happy with the langify app and the support that I am being offered, it is pretty intuitive. It only becomes a little more complicated to manage when it comes to the customizations we made to the theme we use, and notifications but other than that the Langify team are always there to assist and solve any mistakes we make. アプリそのものも秀逸ですが、問題や疑問が生じた場合に、Langifyスタッフが驚くほど速く、解決方法をサポートしてくれます。
英語でのメールのやりとりになりますが、英語ができない方はGoogle翻訳など使ってメールしてください。
問題点のキャプチャー画面も添付するとやりとりが早くできます。
ここまで、きめ細かいサポートをするアプリ会社はそうないと思います。おすすめです！
