langify ‑ translate your store

The team at Langify has been really helpful! We had to ask them to redo the same work multiple times due to a problem with our theme (unrelated to them).. not once did they complain and always delivered in a timely and professional manner! That’s what I call excellent customer support and service!

Love this app! I know zero programming language and found this app very easy to use, making translating our site a breeze. I contacted Johannes twice for help and both times the response was quick and painless. Johannes even placed the language switcher code directly into our Shopify site for us and it turned out exactly as I had hoped! Everything works perfectly and having our own translations looks way more professional than relying on Google Translate for French-speaking visitors. Langify is well worth the $10/month. I used the app to add Arabic translation to my store. The app does what it says and there is definetly a room for improvement on the actual translation. What the app stands out for is the exceptional team behind it. I had a character spacing issue with the Arabic translation. I sent the team an email late Friday expecting an answer on Monday. By Sunday, I had the solution active on my store. Langify team showed an exceptional level of professionalism by asking the right questions and resolving the issue in a timely manner. Proud to have them as a partner to my store.

Very nice app. I switched from another translation app to Langify. Although there was a bit of a learning curve, ultimately it seems to be the best choice for my store. I especially appreciate the quick response of customer service, well done and thank you.
