I purchased this app because of the great reviews I read about how easy it is to use and how great the support is. My experience is consistent with those reviews. When I countered a problem (that I created) Johannes helped me sort it out immediately. It was a very small thing but without his support it would have delayed the publishing of my web shop. I strongly recommend this app and person that stands behind it. Five stars!
My template does not seem to be the best to ease the translation process while using Shopify, but the assistance service is great! The people at Langify have made it much easier to make the transition to a bilingual website, which is imperative for my business. I believe Langify is the best app out there to translate your website efficiently! Plus the cart can now be translated!
Support is super fast and nice, the app is cool but I miss some functionalities like product massive translations
Support has been outstanding. While the app is very intuitive, I still had a few issues getting the language connected. The support team has been extremely helpful, turning around the fixes right away. Super awesome app and team.
We just translated all our site (traitstore.com) with this app and works very good. We are more than happy with it.
Easy to use, works with subdomains, it changes language automatically depends of user configuration and setup google hrflag automatically also.
And the best, the help that Johannes has given to us. He answered our emails very quickly with solutions.

For quick and helpful support team. I recommend this application for those whom are trying to add a second language their site.
Support is most of the time very quick and effective! We recently changed to Langify V2 and it's great! I would recommand Langify instead of Weglot.
Overall the APP is pretty good. There is few littles thing we cannot do at this point but they are very minor. Such as translating the Shipping option at the checkout. If you put a carrier name such as Fedex then this little bug won't affect you.
I have to say Johannes from their support team give an 11/10 service. She was very professional and she know what she is doing. At the end all of the bugs were fix very quickly.
