First of all the support is incredible. They are extremely fast and very helpful. I had a lot of questions setting things up but figured it all out with their help. Then, the app is pretty well made. I've worked with translation software in my previous job, like Crowdin or CAT tools. I think langify is pretty well made. It's easy to get an overview of what is translated, what's missing. The interface where you have your original language on the left and the translation on the right is very userfriendly. Custom translations are extremely easy. There's plenty of information in their help center. I'm very satisfied and can only recomment the app so far (it's been about 2-3 weeks that I'm using it a lot)
Great app and even greater support. Easy to use and the result is very precise.
All in all highly recommended if you want to have multilingual shop with just a little effort.
Not everything is possible with this app, like translating urls — but that's rather due to shopify than it is to this app, because what it does is still a lot and it does it very well. It's the best you can get for shopify translations I think.
Another huge plus is the support. Johannes is able to provide you with a custom fix for possible issues within half an hour. Awesome service. Our store now runs successfully in Dutch as well.

Already thinking about to try their other app, geolizr. Because if Im going to pay for an app, then these apps and the people behind it, thats called excellent investment for your shop.

Absolutely the most amazing support service ever! Shout out to Sabrina! She is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond, and should get a freaking raise right now. Look, when you start working with different apps and trying to make everything play nicely together, things somethings don't work right away. To everyone out there running into issues. The problem can be with this app, another app, the Theme you're using, Shopify, etc. It can be a bunch of different stuff. That's exactly what happened with us. And then there is also the fact that the developers we used in India had no clue how to solve the translation errors. Here comes Sabrina from support, who with the patience of a nun, helped me out despite the fact that the problem was not a Langify-caused issue. She was right in pointing that out, but also was kind enough to point me in the right direction to fix the issue. I have zero coding experience, but anyone who is smart and/or brave enough to start a webshop can figure this out. It cost me an hour or two to scan through the code, find the missing language fields, add in the new fields and translations, and get everything working fine. My advice to everyone running into issues. 1. Take a deep breath. Relax. The problems are solvable. 2. Contact support and ask them nicely for help. Yes, they may say that the problem is not caused by Langify, and they are probably right. 3. Ask them nicely (see what I'm doing here...) to help you solve the issue. They can point you in the right direction and even give you a quick example of what you need to do. 4. Take another deep breath, open the code, find the missing lines and add/replace what is needed. 5. Save, close, and feel like a freaking king, because you just did your first coding. 6. Open a beer and relax. Kidding aside, the support folks are super helpful. Keep your cool and you will get things done. Trust this is helpful. Dennis
