The second language that I'm offering on my store is Arabic, which is a Right-To-Left language. This results in an inverted layout when switching languages. I can't express how pleased I am with their customer service team. I've sent them too many screenshots asking for theme styling fixes and they have implemented the codes each time in a quick manner.
