We've already issued the refund for this charge that you received, since all the charges proceeded on the Shopify billing side, but not directly on your LangShop side. This is a very unfortunate misunderstanding for which we apologize and for the inconvenience connected with it. Would you be so kind to reconsider or remove the review you've left. We really appreciate our customers and every feedback left is really important to us.
A problem has arisen that somewhat diminishes the fun of the app, which is still very good in itself. Apparently due to technical issues, when you update the theme, you lose those translations that are not tied to Shopify sources, but are part of the elements of the theme. The statement from LangShop support is that you have to translate all these elements again. Sad. However, there is an export/import function with which you can import the old translations into the updated theme with a little effort and knowledge of Excel. It's not quite a hundred percent, because only the source texts but not the elements itself can be identified, so this might still transport some errors, but it's better than nothing. I think there should be a way to comfortably save these elements translations without tinkering with Excel and import them back into the updated theme. The day the developers offer such theme translation's backup and restore function, I am happy to refill the 5th star.------------I have tested a couple of translation apps, but this is far the best one I have experienced. As it is not belonging to those that are the most cheapest, but I think the all over features are outstanding in comparison so it is absolutely worth the money. Especially if one put value on the level of quality of machine translation. For me it was most important to use deepl translation, and this in combination with my own glossar to exchange defined terms on the translation-fly. Support is helpful and available immediately, and there are couple of features I can't note here, but for example what was also important for me was the possibility to translate product tags, to be able to use those translations as filters in the frontend. Nice dashboard with translation progress and overview. and many more. I fully can recommend this app!

That's strange, I did not touch the app for months and now, each time I try to open it, I get the message : "oops, something went wrong". That's unfortunate, this app does a good job but now I can't add any new translations. Can you solve it? 6th October - Thanks to their quick reply, I managed to regain access to the app by allowing all cookies, a big thanks to the team. Quick question though : if I need all cookies to run on my browser to access the app, does our customers have to allow all cookies on their browser as well to access the translations?

Our developers have investigated the issue that occurred and figured out that it's related to the browser cookie, not our app.
That's why tho fix the issue, please allow all cookies in your browser settings, so the app can work again.

Only 1 issue. it is not possible to filter theme static to see only untranslated words which means if you have 1/2000 words untranslated you must reviews all the 2000 words to find it.
The rest is all working well.
