That's strange, I did not touch the app for months and now, each time I try to open it, I get the message : "oops, something went wrong". That's unfortunate, this app does a good job but now I can't add any new translations. Can you solve it? 6th October - Thanks to their quick reply, I managed to regain access to the app by allowing all cookies, a big thanks to the team. Quick question though : if I need all cookies to run on my browser to access the app, does our customers have to allow all cookies on their browser as well to access the translations?
I would like to apologize for the issue that you have faced. I have created an internal ticket to your shop in order to discuss the reported case.
Our developers have investigated the issue that occurred and figured out that it's related to the browser cookie, not our app.
That's why tho fix the issue, please allow all cookies in your browser settings, so the app can work again.
Depends on your browser it can be done in different ways.

Regarding your question, no, your customers are not affected by this requirement.
Also, I'd like to let you know that currently, we are working on the app improvement that will isolate the cookie issue.

Great customer service 5 stars!! Langshop team has solved all my issues super quickly and also helped to make theme changes when the app itself has not solved the localization need. The app does it job. Could be easier to use for sure and UI should be developed to make editing of translations quicker.. Export/import is painfully slow but at least this app has this feature.

I have always chosen LangShop for my stores, which already means that the app is very useful and practical.
Responsive support and most effective time but still some of my requests remained unsolved and that's unfortunate. An effort should be made in this direction.

The price is quite expensive but it's really perfect and working really well. Also translates the check out page what other applications can't really do. You can translate each page as you want, easy to use, and their support is powerful. Would just miss the functionality to translate with the app checkout x is that would be perfect.
It is still in the preparation stage.
However, the support team's quick and clear response was very helpful.

I uninstalled your app because of some mistakes you made, you mixed the flags of many countries, i can tell you for example about Arabic language, so you put strange flag in the Arabic language, it looks like from South American :). not from Arab world.
