Im not one to write reviews, bad or good - but at this time I cant let people download this app in good will, knowing that it might hurt their business by a lot. I used this app to translate my site, and it works to somewhat degree but a lot of flaws in the app. They state they can translate checkout, which they cant. They can only translate checkout if the customers go from add to cart, to cart page then to checkout. With dynamics buttons, which is buy now button straight to cart they cant translate. Dont even bother to try to use their static text elements, or dynamic text as you need to download the theme. But you cant download the translated theme, anyway, so that doesnt work. Unless you already did it. Oh, you wanna download it? Too bad, you need to translate your site once more after custom translation. So you cant translate that. The support is terrible, they have not once helped me - i had to manage to find out myself why the checkout wont translate, and they state it is a shopify problem. Ive searched, and it is a shopify problem, but they still advertise they can. They still didnt try to find some other solutions, I found one myself by directing to cart rather than checkout. After being on support for a long time, and they told me that wouldnt solve the problem. Great! Next time i needed help, Tthey went in my account, which i should never have given permission to do so, and duplicated all my site and content - which in turn hurts my SEO. They used site.com/nb when i had domain CCTLD for each already in use. So my site had then

site.no Now my main site is deindexing, cause of duplicating submitted url :) What am I left with? Yes, my main pages with main DOMAINS deindexed by Google - with different canonical tags. Now I have to clean up the mess, and if you know anything about SEO - for Google to crawl your pages that they dont think is canonical anymore, can take long time. So now I have wrong canonical tags, on all my pages, and also a deindexed site which has lost all it rankings and will probably take a long time to regain. Did they offer an apology? Nah. They tried to explain that isnt how canonical tags/hreflangs work. Welp, wish they knew how they work so I wouldnt be in this mess, and I dont have to teach them. While they didnt offer an apology, until I told them I would write a detailed review which they tried to bribe me off with giving me 50% off (and then an apology) for the month or so. Like that would even start to cover the damages they made. Ive paid this closed to 33 USD for months, and I can guarantee there must be a better app somewhere else - which have also better support.
Wish I wouldnt be stuck with this app, I have an translated site which I cant remove or change because of my SEO efforts. Support - 1 star

英語のみで始めたサイトを別の言語に対応させるために使用しました。管理画面、プロ翻訳、CSVによるインポートそれぞれで翻訳が直感的にスムーズに進む仕組みが整っている。サポートも素早く丁寧で助かりました。なぜかエクセルで作成したcsvがうまくインポートできず、テンプレートなどがあれば助かりました。一番うれしいのはスプレッドシートのリンクを入力し、スプレッドシート上でリアルタイムに更新できると良いです。
