no reply to emails to get the new app and running their service has been pretty bad can't even log in to the merchant portal says I'm not a customer but I've had laybuy on my website for over 4 years !
Very unhappy with this company! We have lodged several requests for support or help in the past and never received a reply. The new integration was very badly prepared compared to the 3 other payment providers we use. We would definitely not recommend Laybuy with the bad support they provide!
complete s&%T to update. Worst app I have found to control through Shopify. Maybe if you guys tried it as a website owner you would spend the hour it took me to get it working.
No instructions on how to add the code for payment time etc to show on product page? Afterpay has a detailed document...
