We are using this app to help build our website on Shopify and the templates offer a TON more functionality than the Shopify themes. The main reason for the 5-star review is the support we have received throughout the process. A live person has been available at all times of the day to help with any questions or code edits. Would definitely recommend!
LayoutHub is super easy to use, especially for complete beginners. Customer service is terrific - very responsive and helpful!
Friendly customer service via chat inside the app. It is nice to know there is someone who can help when you get stuck.
We are using the app to customize several things in our web! The team is great and customer service also work on saturdays!

This app helped me to design beautiful and eye catching layout for my pages.
Do not install this app. Every time you change or update your theme all the images will go missing, leaving you to rebuild all of you pages. The support team responds with "Sorry for the inconvenience" - Not willing to assist at all. Literally the worst app in the store. I would highly recommend NOT using this app.

At the time you gave us the review, we felt so thankful because you still gave us chances to support you via live chat. About the images, we store them in your published theme. If you change the theme, please don't remove the old theme to make the images work well. This is a big lesson for us to improve everything to serve you better and I really wish that we will have more precious chances to assist you in the future.

Easy to use app and great support. Andy helped me with some early morning questions and even recorded a video for me to reference in case I needed help again. Great way to make beautiful pages without coding!
I really like this page builder!! I've tried a few others and this is very simple to layout. There are sometimes issues making the layout display correctly but their team will really work with you to get it right. So very happy and please with this app!!!
