We use the free version for our FAQ page. It was easy to set up and looks good. It recently suffered a glitch and stopped working properly (couldn't see the answers to the questions) but Caroline sorted the issue within 5 minutes - great customer service.

Chat was off the chain good and got me everything I needed!! Videos were the best tool. I'm not a coder by any means and the videos sent me step by step what needed to be done!! I loved it!

I love LayoutHub! I received a response to my technical issue within 120 seconds and Kian, my customer service rep, had my issue fixed within 20 minutes of the initial request for help. Diagnosis of the problem & the fix in under 20 minutes!

Sophie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked her one question after another. She took the time to let research and then get back to me and let me know with instructions or videos on how to resolve issue.
