Sophie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked her one question after another. She took the time to let research and then get back to me and let me know with instructions or videos on how to resolve issue. Her patience gave me the mind to continue on to get online store up and running as soon as possible and I thank her for being responsive and not allowing our conversation to get dropped into the oblivion..:-).
