Normally I hate tech support. There were a few things that I couldn't figure out (very very small details that I spent a couple days trying to fix on my own). I finally reached out to support and they immediately diagnosed, treated, and fixed the problem. 5 stars for the support alone. Emma from Support was who I talked to.

I had some hiccups upon starting the use - and was quick to dismiss, but even though it was Lunar New Year holiday they stepped in to help and make me 100% happy with the app.

It is possibly one of the best Page Builder apps with a free plan in the app store. Very easy and quick to get up and running. Frankly, I was skeptical about "the catch" with these apps with "free plans."

Their customer service is fast, responsive, and actually helpful. Emma went above and beyond to show me mockups and walkthroughs when I had trouble building pages. There was a template that couldn't customize the margin padding. Emma took my concern to their development team, and in less than an hour, I had padding. Just wow...and I'm only on the free plan. This is an app that I will gladly pay for. Thank you all, really.
