I needed assistance with the FAQS tabs not working properly and Flora was quick to assist and help me resolve the issue. I did not expect such quick help, but so glad it eased my stress over the page not working.

Excellent app, very easy to use and a great customer service chat to help with any issues that you may encounter.

Caroline also helped us with another issue we were having with out backend! Without explaining much of the issue, she was able to target the issue and figure it out for us!

I just got this app and have loved what it does so far. I am getting help with customer service Dilys and they are awesome, so fast sending information links and solving my issues. thank you!

I love this app but I wish the designed layouts were all equally customizable. I am someone who really enjoys customization and while I feel that this aspect has improved on some layouts it is not the same for all. I am also someone who likes some things from one layout and some from others and I like to mix and match the design blocks. I find that it is difficult to figure out how to mix and match AND still try to customize to make things uniform. Please add more layouts and design blocks for the collections page.

I had one particular issue with the web page design, chatted with a lovely lass from the online support team. Fixed my problem very quickly. Made my day as I had spent considerable time trying to work it out myself.
