Amazing App, we've been using it for years on two of our stores. The customer service is the best in business.

Sophie was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I asked her one question after another. She took the time to let research and then get back to me and let me know with instructions or videos on how to resolve issue. Her patience gave me the mind to continue on to get online store up and running as soon as possible and I thank her for being responsive and not allowing our conversation to get dropped into the oblivion..:-). The app usually works flawlessly but after switching to a newer Shopify 2.0 theme I had an issue where the page I was building worked in the page editor itself but after publishing it and checking the live site nothing worked. I went to the support chat bubble and within seconds Duke answered and corrected the issue. I was not only pleased that he resolved the issue but also answered on a Sunday. Thanks Duke!!!

I would like to thank Layouthub for all the incredible support.
This is one of the best apps I could ever asked for.
Building a store can be really difficult in the beginning but the app makes it so enjoyable and simple.
I love all the templates and specially the AMAZING SUPPORT.
Their team is so helpful and answers all my questions super quickly.
I know sometimes I can be demanding but they are always patient with all my questions and requests.
I always say that when I start making money with my stores I would love to give their team a great bonus because they deserve it.

I had a problem with the different screen views and how the information on a page from my store was being displayed differently in all 3 of them. I contacted Layout and immediately was put in contact with one of their representatives, Saul. He acted super fast, I reloaded my page, and instantly my problem was fixed! I was completely satisfied with his fast response, kindness, and willingness to help. Thank you!

We use the free version for our FAQ page. It was easy to set up and looks good. It recently suffered a glitch and stopped working properly (couldn't see the answers to the questions) but Caroline sorted the issue within 5 minutes - great customer service.
