The app is very user-friendly so is the support. They help me everytime I need a problem. Once I had such a problem that even the whole team gathered together to fix it. They sent me a photo in the chat :D I love how they want to keep their customers close to them even become friends with them. I think this is their biggest strength. Kian from support has been very patient on helping me with easy things that I wasn't sure how to do so.
