The app is quite user friendly. I was looking into another app but I chose to pay for this one because the layouts are more pretty & professional. I got my first sale right after I changed to a new layout(not kidding). Customer support is excellent, they took their time to help me and they are very proactive as well. Highly recommend this app if you wanna build a more professional layout for your website

Caroline was so sweet. She is one of the agents on the chat bot. I needed something edited that someone would have to code in, so i just went in the chat bot and asked them to do it, and within 5 minutes, the changes i needed were done. they answer super quick and are very efficient. Also, the layouts are really nice and customizable. I highly recommend this app.

I struggled myself for a little while trying to figure something out with an integration issue that I had. Google, YouTube, and then I realised they have live chat so I just shot a message over and Emma was really helpful and answered all of my questions in minutes! Really, really good customer service! :D
