Well, the support is amazing. it's pretty easy to use, and whatever you can't figure out, they help with. The chat was super responsive and really very helpful. Offered screen shots to assist. Am only just using this for one page so far, and am using the free plan too. I have high hopes. The template designs are really good too.

I paid for one of the premium Shopify themes, which was a total waste of money compared to the functionality you get from LayoutHub. Also their customer services team are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable i've ever spoken to - they've just told me about another feature which allows me to remove an app I'm paying for.
