I have been dealing with customer service during this project for the past two months, it wouldn't be justified in words alone on how amazing Sophie was, customer service has become a nightmare across the planet over the course of the last 10 years, my experience with Sophie was refreshing and gave me a bit more hope going forward. She was extremely diligent, took in all the information and concerns I had and applied a solution. When I was just moments away from deleting the app she restored my confidence and quickly got be back on course. I cannot thank her enough!

Your customer service is great!
Wow this app is bad. I would love to give it zero stars but their support is good. But support can only be so good when the app doesn't work at all.
My suggestion: Just call the app "500 Server Error", would be more honest.
The good news is that I should get refunded, so maybe you will have a better experience (you have a week to ask for refund, so try it quick)

First we are very sorry for your bad experience with the app.
Regarding the error 500 issue, this is an issue related to our server and it disrupts the use of the application. We fixed the issue shortly and the service is now operating normally from February 8, 2024.
Regarding refunds, currently all payments are processed by Shopify and the Shopify system charges your money so we cannot refund. To receive a refund please send us an invoice for your payment for the app and you can check it at Settings -> Billing -> Bills https://prnt.sc/Y7yRXbnVV-9T. Please contact us via email support@layouthub.com and send us the invoice.

The app usually works flawlessly but after switching to a newer Shopify 2.0 theme I had an issue where the page I was building worked in the page editor itself but after publishing it and checking the live site nothing worked. I went to the support chat bubble and within seconds Duke answered and corrected the issue. I was not only pleased that he resolved the issue but also answered on a Sunday. Thanks Duke!!!
