I've been using the free version of this app for about a month and everything has been running smoothly. I ran into an issue with one of my products because I inadvertently unchecked a box that automatically sends the download email. I contacted customer service and the issue was fixed in less than an hour. Very quick replies. I will definitely be upgrading because it works seamlessly with shopify. Thank you

This app was perfect for my needs when I realized I needed to switch apps. I love that I can make a download and external link. This was needed for a product that has both a printable PDF and online version. It's easier to navigate and setup than other apps too.

I recently had a run in with my Gmail settings which was stopping my customers from receiving their digital purchase immediately. LDT were very helpful and quickly assisted me in correcting it from their side to avoid this happening further. I have been super impressed with their helpfulness and speed to assist me.

Easy and intuitive to use.

Cade is helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I like this app and the support. However, the app doesn't remember the last listing when we return from current one. It's really painful especially when I have many listings to edit and review. Please consider fixing this issue and make the user experience smoother. thank you!
