They don't respond to any messages. We have prepaid for a year and now that we need help because their app isn't working properly, no one is answering.

We used to love this app, but, unfortunately, it's not what it used to be.
What used to be a perfectly working app, now, simply, does not work.
Support used to be very quick to respond and resolve issues.
Now, however, they simply do not respond. We've been waiting for days for a response on a severe bug (their app simply not working) and don't even get an acknowledgement of the issue raised. We've tried communicating on their live chat, and email, but haven't received anything.
It saddens me how things have changed. You're probably better off looking for another app. Shame.

It's a great app with many customization options and helpful customer support. We use a basic checkbox, which fits great with the store design and is easy to use for our customers.
Definately the best Gift Wrap/Card app avaiable. We have multiple gift options and the choice of both different wraps and different cards. The app handles this with ease and display gift messages clearly for staff to copy.
Support is incredible. I needed assistance integrating into a custom cart app, Cade and the Dev team responded immediately and implemented an integration same day! Highly recommended developer and app!
Absolutely brilliant application, I´m excited how it helped me to increase the value of the e-shop. Adding gift packaging to products can be optimized for each product separately, so it offers truly unlimited possibilities. The support responds immediately and helped with the setup. 5 stars out of 5.
App not currently functioning at all, getting 500 errors. Uninstalled app to reinstall and now I can't install. Have tried contacting support via email and 'live chat' and had 0 response. Is this app still active?
So far, I'm not having very good luck. Support isn't very responsive. The navigation and use of the app is somewhat difficult. I initially had the free plan, then switched to a paid plan to be able to use a key feature and found out through my own troubleshooting that it's only available on the highest plan. I hope to have my issue resolved soon.
The app functionality and design is great and the customer support is awesome! 5/5!
