Great app. Really great support. Had an issue with the message appearing on my drawer cart and Cade fixed it with me in minutes! Reachout on chat to them if you need any help. Cade is awesome.
We had started using it from yesterday and till now it is working fine.

De app uitgeprobeerd en binnen 1 dag weer verwijderd en toch een jaar berekend via Shopify.
HORRIBLE - did not work and on top of that, messed up every single Collection on our site. The app (without explicitly saying), added a Condition to all of our product Collections "Product Type is not equal to LDT Gift Option". After uninstalling the app, these Conditions persisted - which required manually removing it from every. single. Collection. An absolute nightmare.
On top of this, after initially installing and configuring the app, the gift options never appeared on our site. The app said to wait about 5 minutes for things to load, but it didn't show up even after 2 hours.
10/10 do not recommend!

1 - By default, adds a condition to our Automated Collections to exclude our gift wrap products from them, as most of our customers prefer this. If this doesn't align with your preferences, our development and support teams are always available to assist you in removing this condition within minutes.
2 - It seems that you haven't contacted our support team, and our app also doesn't feature a notification suggesting a 5-minute wait. We are concerned that there might be a confusion with another application.

Very straightforward
Just started using the app. Eveyrthing is great for now. Does the job and easy to use.
Quick and easy to install. it took less than 30 mins to setup and i did not need any technical support. i am yet to experience how customers are able to use this app to order gift wrapping .
