App not currently functioning at all, getting 500 errors. Uninstalled app to reinstall and now I can't install. Have tried contacting support via email and 'live chat' and had 0 response. Is this app still active?
HORRIBLE - did not work and on top of that, messed up every single Collection on our site. The app (without explicitly saying), added a Condition to all of our product Collections "Product Type is not equal to LDT Gift Option". After uninstalling the app, these Conditions persisted - which required manually removing it from every. single. Collection. An absolute nightmare.
On top of this, after initially installing and configuring the app, the gift options never appeared on our site. The app said to wait about 5 minutes for things to load, but it didn't show up even after 2 hours.
10/10 do not recommend!

1 - By default, adds a condition to our Automated Collections to exclude our gift wrap products from them, as most of our customers prefer this. If this doesn't align with your preferences, our development and support teams are always available to assist you in removing this condition within minutes.
2 - It seems that you haven't contacted our support team, and our app also doesn't feature a notification suggesting a 5-minute wait. We are concerned that there might be a confusion with another application.
