I used this app and found it to be extremely difficult to learn. Customer Service was no help. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste a tremendous amount of hours trying to install it and a ton of hours learning to use it. I would give this app 1 star for bad

It sort of does most of what it is supposed to do.
Mainly useless for UK market.
Will be uninstalling and not extending after free trial.

Hard to setup. Little to no help available. No response to help requests. Not tracking sales. Just terrible.
Customer support do not respond. Chat support just repeats same answer over and over. Emailed support. No response. Documentation shows inconsistent information that does not match what they are showing you to do.
Sorry to read about your frustrations! We wouldn't be able to get away with fake reviews on a Shopify app so I can promise you that all our stellar reviews are legitimate. I was waiting for a response from someone on customer support for a week. I could not use the App this whole time. The only response I got was "what is your website address?" And that info was in the subject line of the email... but even after writing the address again, they did not respond. A week for that? I can't imagine how long it will take to get an answer to bigger issues

Looked so promising, but after 2 weeks of trying to get any sort of meaningful support on a fundamentally simple question we've given up and have uninstalled the App' and gone elsewhere
