This app delivers on it's promises! The back-end system is well designed and easy to use. One of the things that I love about this app is the ability to brand your affiliate portal.

LeadDyno is a great fit for everyone at any level because of their tiered pricing plan. So you're able to scale as needed. Lastly, they have great customer service. All my questions were answered in a timely manner, and I was never left hanging. Will definitely be using this app with any other stores I make in the future!

so far my integration is really poor its doesnt track the leads and sales from the affiate. athough shopify can tell it comes from the affiliate campaigns.

poor customer service, limited hour of working and answering in delay and dont answer question try to schedule a call in delay. dont have time for such high management it should be more effective moving on to testing another integration

Every time I have a question I just go to the chat feature on their website. The customer reps there are usually very helpful. Anything they can't answer they refer to Adam. And there's practically nothing that Adam can't solve! We have spoken on the phone and have been referred to him in several occasions. His service is excellent. Most recently I got stuck on a Sunday afternoon trying to add a custom URL for my affiliate site. Submitted the issue via chat. And the next day, on Monday morning, Adam notified me via email that it was solved.

I've not used the app much because I didn't have any active affiliates, but I didn't really have much trouble with it. So the app is fine, but the people managing it are not. Be very careful when you go for the trial. You will not be able to find out what your remaining trial period is without having to email them, so it's extremely easy to leave it too long and incur a charge. I spoke to support, and apparently you cannot cancel your account on your own too without emailing them. This is ridiculous and not to mention, extremely unethical.

Even so, I've managed to cancel my account from the dashboard, before my trial period ended. So let's see if it works.

Needless to say I have also reported them to shopify.

PS: It doesn't make any sense for me to pay extra just because I managed to get more traffic on my own. Their monthly plans are based on the website's traffic, and the prices are ridiculous.

I was struggling with the setup but Jennifer from their live chat support guided me through it. It works perfectly!

Ok got them installed. Forget all other competition for affiliates. Absolutely. Only have 2 issues, the amount of unique visitors is low for what your paying. Should definetly get more. I could see having a cap on the affiliates a month but views? Ehh Ill take the good with the bad on that one, chalk it up.

Next issue is kind of big, and confusing! I cant get it set up where when they refer someone then they get 1% of the person that they refer (another affiliate) sales. Other than that, the interface is beautiful. Their support is quick to respond. Just please fix those issues.
