Pointless. Needed support and a bot said hello and nothing after that. Didn't even let me send an email to get support. Don't waste your time.

I take the below post back for the main part. Although Jennifer has been good... this company does nothing to help you. I have sent it multiple tickets now and I haven't even received a single response despite being assured I would by end of day. I had a free trial that was useless because absolutely nothing was accomplished. Not pouring my money into such poor support. How do companies like this keep a customer base? Very disappointed and moving on.... thanks but no thanks.
Jennifer was very responsive to my questions. Although I am still unsure whether this is the right program for my company due to the messy affiliate URL's, she was quick to respond and answer my questions. I appreciate good customer service, so thank you Jennifer :)

jennifer g was amazing, quick and responsive and gave me all the help I needed to get set up. This is also a great option for beginners setting up an affiliate program.

This is an Alpha Testing Stage product and not ready for paid prime-time. I've been testing for several days and these are either sloppy oversights or just plain broken functions I have found.
1) Thank You Page after Affiliate Sign-up runs past margins of padding.
2) Get "Oops 500 Dinosaur" error when using email product sharing widget
3) Needs Language Editor: Default copy is poorly written and nonsensical in some places
4) Sub IDs are a mess (needed for User Generated Links to Product Landing Pages). Create a new one, but the copy button produces the homepage default link rather the one in the list. None of the Sub ID links are being tracked in numbers column. Multiple Sub ID links are generated for same product page, which is just pure chaos from an organizational standpoint to actually use them. Also you cannot rename auto-generated ones so again not a good way to organize for actual real world use.
5)The actual Affiliate Link does not log visitors (did not test leads or purchases).

I could address these issues with the developer, but really, why bother if they would release this to public in this condition. I'm going with my tried and tested affiliate program (http://www.idevdirect.com/14721913.html).

So Confusing app! I created a new store with a new email address and installed Leaddyno, guess what? my other store dashboad appeared with my other affiliate...
This is beyond messy!
I have been trying to talk to someone but nobody replies... Really?

fix your damn app, everytime i try to install it or integrate it into my system? It shows a 500 error

It's been hours since I installed this, and don't even know where to begin. Sent several support tickets, nothing, no answer whatsoever.
What I need is pretty basic: the first steps to setup this up, I don't want to waste time with something that I still don't know if it is going to work for me or anybody else. Why is this, this complicated?
