The pricing policy is based off of website traffic regardless of affiliate traffic or transactions. It's foolish.

Fast and assertive with a simple solution for my questions...
Every time I have a question I just go to the chat feature on their website. The customer reps there are usually very helpful. Anything they can't answer they refer to Adam. And there's practically nothing that Adam can't solve! We have spoken on the phone and have been referred to him in several occasions. His service is excellent. Most recently I got stuck on a Sunday afternoon trying to add a custom URL for my affiliate site. Submitted the issue via chat. And the next day, on Monday morning, Adam notified me via email that it was solved.

The customer support truly sucks at lead dyno, there plugin to shopify slows down the site significantly, google speed test and webpagetes.org. We are a decent size company and have a lot of traffic and need to be optimized. We decide as per there recommendations we would have to hard code the scripts on the site to help with the speed. So we did that , no help from them , they pass the buck back to us. And now we have affiliates who are using coupon codes and they codes are being applied in shopify, but lead dyno is not recording the transactions for the affiliates, and now they want me to take screen shots , of WHAT? its their soft ware. Also customer support is the absolute worst, takes weeks to get back to you and you have to complain on live chat to even get a response in a day or 2. I really wanted this to work but again let down by false advertising.
Much LOVE to Adam Jacobs and the team at LeadDyno. The dashboard is beautiful and began delivering analytics from the moment it was installed, which was even before I had a clue about anything! Chat support was very helpful and put me in direct contact with Adam who handled everything for me, and made me feel LeadDyno is like having additional staff of my own. Very reliable; awesome, great, and highly recommended. You may have a lot of questions, if so, you're in good hands. They are very helpful, personable, and thorough with the answers.
Beyond the top-tier customer support, this platform not only facilitates the sales function for your business, more than you could have imagined, it also allows you the priceless opportunity to provide financial benefit to your audience and your valued customers!
