Jennifer has so much patience!!! I kept asking her questions and she directed me and told me what needs to get done. She sent me videos and pointed me int he right direction. We went throughout every detail on the site so that I can complete all the requirements and update all the affiliate information etc. Thank you so much Jennifer for your time and help. Gabriella

App had many great features. What a blessing for our business to be able to easily support referrals. Very happy Shopify is working with them. .The chat support was very good and through, most of the time available.. Answered all my questions. We are definitely going to make good use of this. I spent a lot of time looking for information during setup. Support content is sketchy. No search button. However chat covered all my questions. You can add different levels of affiliates which is awesome, but there is no way to segment affiliate when they sign up so that they can be placed in the correct category and receive the appropriate commission level.
I had a priority task to get our audience affiliate page setup and was stuck in the configuration. I did a quick chat with Deidra and she helped me resolve the issue in minutes.
So far so good. We have used Refersion but it didn't have the features we needed to expand our program. LeadDyno has the feature-set and set-up has been quite smooth. Jennifer has been very helpful. Not sure if they have a team managing that chat ID or if she just doesn't sleep, but they have been very helpful and patient in answering my questions. Hoping the execution is as flawless as the setup!
I have used LeadDyno for just under a month and so far I am really liking it for setting up my affiliate program. I looked at the other top reviewed apps and this won me out on price, reviews and customer service. The best thing about it is the live chat support. I often work odd hours and Jennifer Goodman has multiple times been available in seconds to answer my questions and also a couple times, Adam Jacobs. They are both friendly and provide quick, clear answers and solutions. The affiliate dashboard seems to be user friendly and the traffic analytics have been useful so far. I recommend!!
The level of customer support is awesome! All questions I have are answered quickly and smoothly. Jennifer gives great customer support.
The app is fairly easy to navigate through, however it can use a bit better of a set up tutorial as well as examples/templates for all of its features. There are some templates, but not for everything. But even better than the templates provided would be access to viewing "best in class" examples to draw ideas from.
The service is quick and friendly. I have mostly dealt with Adam and Jennifer who have been great. I do think I would have had to have far fewer discussions with service, though, if the setting up had been easier, hence the initial points in this review.
Ready to launch, so will update the app review in the future.
Our referral program has grown quickly using LeadDyno. They are responsive with support questions and all the functionality is available easily through the app!
