Really quick and easy to set up.

This review is based on Customer Service alone. I'm still familiarizing myself with the app/program so I can't tell you how that's going for our business just yet. Customer Service so far has been stellar! Whenever I have a question or need clarification I click on the live chat option and I'm quickly linked to a customer service representative by the name of Deidra. Literally there has been no waiting time to reach someone. Deidra is very knowledgable about the app and quickly responds with an answer and includes documentation related to your concern. I'm looking forward to spending more time in the app and getting the program started. I'm sure I will later come back and update my review.

Highly recommend this app for those wishing to initiate a professional affiliate/ambassador program with ease. Justin was absolutely AMAZING to work with. He walked me through everything and he responded quickly to all my emails and reached out afterwards to make sure I fully understood how the app worked. Justin really wants to see you succeed! Jennifer Goodman is the BEST! She helped me in literally just a few minutes. She was super professional and so helpful. At the end she asked if she could help with anything else and I asked if she could virtually finish my laundry...(LOL) unfortunately she was unable to. I believe that's the only problem I have had. UPDATE: Just had to come back and speak on Diedra (I've probably spelled her name wrong) but she is also AMAZING! She stays true to customer service!

I am just in the process of launching my affiliate site by LeadDyno. So far it has been a great experience and I really appreciate Jennifer's help. She is a wonderful asset to the support and company.

Customer service had been fantastic. We have tested a number of different options to move to as they system we are using now if very cumbersome. This has been the standout best so far, as it is very easy to use, understand & set up and their support is exceptional (can't say this enough, when you need it, it matters!).
