I just started using LeadDyno. I decided to use it because i read they had good customer service. I am convinced now that i underestimated the awesome level of customer service. I was very fortunate to have Jennifer Goodman on the online chat. She was the best. She responded to each one of my questions with the exact answers. The best part was the speed with which she answered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I've only just started to use this app so the 3 stars are for set-up, interface and support so far all of which have been excellent. if it delivers as it promises to deliver, I'll come back and give it 5 stars.
The interface is really user friendly and very easy to set up and get started which means a huge amount to me as am not a techy but need to trade my store. Great support on hand and I already have 2 affiliates so the signs are good so far.

FANTASTIC APP... "And" support! Adam got back to me fast, and get this, it was July 4th. Now THAT is service!! Then, I needed more help a few days later (today) and Jennifer Goodman "rocked" it as well. This app has, so far, exceeded my expectations. I tried out Refersion first and it seemed pretty good but LeadDyno's interface and the affiliate dashboard blows Refersion out of the water.

Also, LeadDyno's chat support is immediate and super helpful. Jennifer Goodman just helped me and its so nice having instant, helpful support.

It's super easy to use and very intuitive. For all the things you don't know how to do, they have great documentation and the service reps are very helpful if you get confused by the documentation. They have very fast response time! Awesome affiliate marketing app!

I have been attempting to fix my issue for TWO WEEKS. Had a appointment call with ADAM and he NEVER called me at my schedule time. They just keep opening tickets but don't fix the issue.
