LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

I just downloaded this app into my store but the setup was all very straightforward. Seems like it's going to be a fantastic app. Thank you to Jennifer Goodman to helping me with a minor issue, the live chat is very response and she was able to resolve my issue immediately with full resolution.

After we wrote the original review, the LeadDyno team contacted us (Adam). They promised us a full refund.

That was the 22th of September, and today (17th October) we still have NOT got our refund.

And by the way... They haven't answered our last 3 mails, reminding them about our refund...

So therefore it is now 1 star...

We do NOT like the way LeadDyno do there business...

The system works..!

BUT the price is WAY TO HIGH!

We use it only with our own affiliates that we create, so with 1 - 5 affiliates and a price on $249 (because we have a lot of visitors) is not what we want...

Now we use another app where the price is $16 for 50 affiliates and NO "visitor limits".

Very pleased with Jennifer Goodman's customer support. She helped answer my questions and point me in the right direction!

Excellent customer support and a solid product! You can tell the team really cares about their product and their customer's success. On numerous occasions, they've gone out of their way to help us be successful with LeadDyno and I'm really excited to continue to grow our affiliate marketing program with their help. I'd definitely recommend the app for anyone looking to start up and affiliate program.

I Would be careful using this system.

In an attempt to install this plugin for a client it accidentally connected the new client to a different client account.

So when the client tried to access Leaddyno from their shopify account they got access to the other clients data (Data leakage).

One issue is that this happened at all, as this should not ever be possible. One other thing is that I tried to have them resolve this issue for over a week, no solution at all. At least they should have closed the leaking account until the issue was resolved.

So basically my other client have been able to access the leaddyno dashboard of another client for over a week, and still do. Only luck the client the data is leaking from is my own company with an inactive affiliate setup. Unless this would have been a major disaster.

This is so bad that I am considering reporting to the government as these clients are based in EU, and this is a serious issue in regards to GDPR. The integrity of your data in this application is in no way taken well care of, and by using this application you are risking the privacy of your clients data.

The lack of response on an issue of this magnitude is nothing less then alarming. And it shows that this company does not take privacy and GDPR seriously, which if this happens for your client you will be in big trouble.

I would absolutely stay away from this system!

About 10 minutes into my install, I had a query and jumped on the live chat. I was assisted by Jennifer Goodman and the whole experience was quick, efficient, friendly and professional. My question was resolved immediately. This is a very encouraging introduction to LeadDyno!

This app is amazing so far! I just finished setting up my affiliate program, it was really simple and easy. I had a few hiccups along the way but I got patient and kind assistance from the support team(I believe it was Jennifer Goodman who helped me out) super nice and kind! Can't wait to see how this app continues to improve my store!

Support is extremely quick!! Jennifer Goodman was extremely helpful in walking me through a few things as I must of missed during the sign up process!! Keep it up everyone at LeadDyno!!

LeadDyno's customer service has far exceeded our expectations. There are a few functionalities we wish it had, but overall we're extremely happy with the customer service and price point.

I am still working on the set up and had a glitch with customizing my color, but Deidra with customer service was super quick to respond and get a ticket opened. Everything else has been easy to set up and I'm looking forward to using this for my affiliates.
