The current version is extremely poor and disorganized, whereas the previous version was much better.

For example:

1. The States section is disorganized, and the states are not displayed in numerical order.

2. When creating the Municipalities section in the form, when a customer selects a state and then goes to select a municipality, all municipalities in that country appear in the dropdown list at once, making it difficult for them to find their own municipality.

3. The Variables section cannot be renamed like other sections, which makes the form unformatted if the store owner uses a language other than English to create it.

4. The position of the Order Confirmation box cannot be controlled; it automatically appears after the product title in the header of the product page and cannot be placed elsewhere, such as at the bottom of the page.

the app used to work well and smooth.
But recently I had SO MANY problems and errors occuring and making my workflow stops.

I talked to their team, but the response is TOO SLO and they never fix the things!!

Struggling; that's the word I would use describing the app.
